Cameron Siemers
When Cameron was 2 years old, he received a blood transfusion. At age 7, he was diagnosed with HIV and was told he wouldn’t live past 10. Today, Cameron is 25 and beating the odds. He attributes his ability to stay positive and fight his illness to the wonderful network of people who have supported him. As an adult, Cameron identified the need for an organization to support children with life-threatening illnesses as they transition into adulthood. With the help of friends, he launched the Cameron Siemers Foundation for Hope. He is committed to supporting the dreams of young adults who are living with life-threatening illnesses. |

Yvonne Altamirano
Yvonne has over 18 years of operations experience in the areas of corporate operations, accounting, human resources and training. Her expertise in developing and maintaining corporate infrastructure ranges from strategic planning and forecasting to cost analysis and contract negotiations. Yvonne recently served as the president of the Joyful Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supplies blankets to people facing illness or hardship. Prior to this role, Yvonne was the executive vice president of corporate operations for Black Dot Wireless. She was also the director of corporate operations for Wireless Capital Partners LLC. In addition, she served as a former executive vice president and chief operating officer for TeleCom Wireless Solutions Inc. |

Tiffany Derville, Ph.D.
Tiffany is an assistant professor of public relations at the University of Oregon's School of Journalism and Communication. She specializes in relationship management and writing. At the University of Maryland, Tiffany guided students in producing public relations materials for 17 non-profit organizations. She practiced public relations for a U.S. Senate campaign, two of the top 10 public relations agencies, a non-profit health organization, and an educational institution. Tiffany earned her doctorate in communication from the University of Maryland. She has delivered presentations at conferences for the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication, International Communication Association, and National Communication Association. |

Todd Gallicano
Todd is an accomplished writer and graduate of New York University's School of Film and Television. He has 12 years of experience in creative writing and marketing. Todd has written a variety of materials, such as advertisements, corporate videos, magazine articles, screenplays, speeches, and Web sites. He sold a screenplay to Dreamworks SKG, consulted on projects with 20th Century Fox and Warner Bros, and currently writes the script for BuyTV, a weekly entertainment and technology show. As an assistant story editor for famed Italian film producer Dino DeLaurentiis, Todd worked with such filmmaking luminaries as the Wachowski Brothers, Jonathan Mostow and John Dahl. |

Aubrey Helms
At age 10, Aubrey Helms was partially diagnosed with a bowel disorder that resulted in 15 surgeries over the next nine years. She has faced the severe and life-threatening complications of poor intestinal health. Doctors are uncertain about the cause of her rare condition. She was granted a wish through the Make-a-Wish Foundation and was not expected to reach adulthood. Aubrey has struggled with her illness and recently turned 19 years old. Like Cameron, she has found challenges in creating a life outside of the hospitals that she spent so much of her youth in. Aubrey learned of Cameron's foundation and quickly jumped on board. |

Debbie Swatzell
Debbie enjoys a wealth of experience in fundraising and event planning through her involvement with Los Alamitos High School. She acted as casino chairwoman of the Los Alamitos High School Grad Night Committee and helped raise money for the school’s football and baseball booster clubs. Debbie also served on the board of directors for the Pony Baseball league and was a team parent for local soccer, baseball, softball, and football leagues. In addition, Debbie’s expertise extends to life coaching, health and beauty consulting, and designing Christmas ornaments. She is the creator and designer of the popular Snowberry Cuties™ and Chillinz™ Christmas ornaments. |

Chris McClary
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning, Chris is a successful creative consultant and brand builder based in Southern California. Chris has launched a variety of innovative products and ventures, as both an independent consultant, as well as an employee for several world-class branding shops, from Landor Associates (San Francisco) to Gerstman and Meyer (New York). Chris has built brands and developed marketing and advertising campaigns in several industries: financial services, real estate, health and beauty, sports and fitness, food and beverage, and medical devices. Chris recently donated his services to design an event at the United Nations for the Somaly Mam Foundation. |
