To inspire hope and possibility in young adults who are living with life-threatening illnesses

Meet the Board

Cameron Siemers (Founder/President) When Cameron was 2 years old, he received a blood transfusion. At age 7, he was diagnosed with HIV and was told he wouldn’t live past 10. Today, Cameron is 29 and beating the odds. He attributes his ability to stay positive and fight his illness to the wonderful network of people who have supported him. As an adult, Cameron identified the need for an organization to support children with life-threatening illnesses as they transition into adulthood. With the help of friends, he launched the Cameron Siemers Foundation for Hope. He is committed to supporting the dreams of young adults who are living with life-threatening illnesses.
